IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Ghana Premium Application Center processes visa applications on behalf of Ghana High Commission and in accordance with our contract with them. To enable us to do so, customers must comply with the requirements in the section entitled "2. Processing your visa application on behalf of Ghana High Commission ". By continuing with an application you accept these requirements and conditions in full.
  • You do not pay Ghana Premium Application Center for this processing service; your Visa Application Fee is paid to Ghana High Commission . We do not collect your Visa Application Fee on behalf of Ghana High Commission. If you are seeking a refund of your Visa Application Fee you must do so through the process on the Ghana High Commission website.
  • The terms and conditions in the section titled "3. Terms applicable to Ghana Premium Application Center " apply to additional services which Ghana Premium Application Center offers directly to customers in order to enhance their visa processing experience. Only fees for our Services are received by us. Except where covered in our refund policy which can be found in the section titled "4. Refund Policy For Access Group ", all fees are non-refundable, and may be retained by us on payment by you, even if you do not make or proceed with a visa application, and whether or not a visa is ultimately granted or issued.
  • The section titled "5. Website Usage" shall also govern your use of our Website.

  • By continuing with a visa application or by purchasing any of Ghana Premium Application Center Services, you hereby accept and confirm that, prior to submitting a visa application, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, all of these terms and conditions.
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall benefit or be enforceable by any person other than the visa customer, and it is not intended that a third party should have the right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  • These terms and conditions, any visa applications and any disputes or claims whatsoever relating to them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana . Any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided by Ghana Premium Application Center to the customer shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
Processing your visa application on behalf of Ghana Embassy

Ghana Premium Application Center recommends that you do not purchase tickets or make bookings which cannot be cancelled without cost prior to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific requirement stated as part of the visa application.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your application form, and in checking your application form we do not guarantee that we will find any errors, and we do not verify information you have provided.

Ghana Premium Application Center is the outsourced partner of the Ghana Consulate in Guangzhou. In this capacity, Ghana Premium Application Center is responsible for: receipt of visa and Passport applications; collection of biometric data to accompany applications; submission of applications and biometric data to Ghana Consulate for consideration; collecting processed passports customers and returning passports back to customers.

You do not pay Ghana Premium Application Center for this processing service unless using the services of Premium Application Center; your Visa or passport Application Fee is paid to Ghana Consulate . We do not collect your Visa or Passport Application Fee on behalf of Ghana Consulate . If you are seeking a refund of your Visa or Passport Application Fee you must do so through the process on the Ghana Consulate Website.

Acceptance and Rejection of Applications

The assessment of visa or passport applications itself is not carried out by Ghana Premium Application Center (or any member of its group) and the grant or refusal of visas or passports is at the sole discretion of Ghana Consulate . Ghana Consulate reserves the right to ask for further documentation and information from the visa or passport customer, and to refuse any visa or passport application. The visa or passport customer must supply such further documents and information if they wish their application to continue to be considered.

General Obligation

Ghana Premium Application Center will process all visa and passport applications in accordance with all procedures prescribed by Ghana Consulate from time to time.

Customer's Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of all customers to read and accept the terms and conditions of application on the Ghana Consulate website before applying for a visa or passport.

Processing Times

The processing times for visa or passport applications are estimates only. The processing of your application is subject to the procedures and timescales of Ghana Consulate , over which we have no control.

Advertising Material

Advertising material may be included along with passports or other documents when they are returned to the customer by Access . If you do not wish to receive any such advertising material, you should notify Ghana Premium Application Center in advance at the time of submission of your visa or passport application. Please note that all advertising material accompanying the relevant documents is provided by Access , and does not have the endorsement of Ghana Consulate .

Changes to Procedures and Fees

The procedures and fees of Ghana Consulate for the processing of visas or passports and related services are outside the control of Ghana Premium Application Center and subject to change by them without prior notice. Ghana Premium Application Center does not accept responsibility for any changes in such procedures.

Loss or damage to passports and other travel documents

Ghana Premium Application Center takes every reasonable precaution while handling a visa or passport customer's passport and documents. If a visa or passport customer's submitted passport or documents are lost or damaged beyond a useable condition, then Ghana Premium Application Center will pay to the visa or passport customer the amount of any reasonable fees charged by the government of the visa or passport customer's home country, for the replacement of the lost or damaged passport or other documents through their normal replacement procedure. Ghana Premium Application Center will assist the visa or passport customer with the same within its capacity. Such payments will be made by Ghana Premium Application Center to the visa or passport customer on the presentation of the payment receipt issued by the government of their respective home country for the replacement of such lost or damaged passport or documents. Ghana Premium Application Center will not be liable for any other wasted expenditure, lost flight or travel costs, losses, costs, fees, fines or damages arising to a customer or any travelling companion or family members as a result of lost or damaged documents.

Disclaimers - Please read carefully

Except as set out in paragraph 2.8 above, Ghana Premium Application Center shall have no liability to customers in connection with any visa or passport applications, including but not limited to liability in or under contract, negligence, tort, statute or otherwise howsoever arising, and including liability for any delay or failure of Ghana Premium Application Center in handling or processing visa or passport applications, loss of or delay to passports and other documents, delays involving Ghana Consulate , and rejections of visa or passport applications for any reason. And for the avoidance of doubt:
  • No Liability for Incorrect Information
Ghana Premium Application Center is not responsible for loss, delays or non-issuance of any visa or passport application arising from or in connection with (to include but not restricted to) incomplete application forms, incorrectly or falsely completed application forms, and inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.
  • No Liability for Events Not In Our Control
Ghana Premium Application Center shall not be considered to be in breach of contract or negligent or otherwise liable in any way whatsoever for any delay or failure of any application or loss, damage or delay to any passport or other documents due to accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or any other reason outside the control of, and not arising out of a wilful default of Access , or for the loss or damage to any passport or other document after it has been handed over to the visa or Passport customer.
  • No Liability for Postal and Courier Service

Subject to clause 2.9 above, Ghana Premium Application Center shall have no liability for any delays, or for loss of or damage to any visa or passport application, passport or other documents, caused by, or occurring whilst any application, passport or document is in the possession of, any postal or courier service, including transportation of visa or passport applications, passport or other documents between Ghana Premium Application Center and Ghana Consulate ; and when being returned by Ghana Premium Application Center to the visa or passport customer.
  • No Liability for Assessment of Visa Applications

Ghana Premium Application Center is not involved in the process of assessment of visa applications, or their grant or refusal, and is not responsible for any delay by Ghana visas and immigration in assessing, granting or refusing any visa application or for the grant or rejection of any visa application.
  • No Liability for Wasted Costs and Expenses

o Ghana Premium Application Center shall have no liability to any visa or passport customer, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa or passport application, for any commitment, cost or expenditure incurred in reliance on or anticipation of receiving a Ghana visa or passport, whether within a particular timescale or at all, including but not limited to air travel, hotel, and other travel and accommodation arrangements, and any other arrangements made.

o Ghana Premium Application Center recommends that you do not purchase tickets or make bookings which cannot be cancelled prior to the issuance of a visa, except where it is a specific requirement stated as part of the visa or passport application, in which case open tickets should be obtained.

Exclusion of Loss and Damage

Ghana Premium Application Center shall have no liability (including in contract or for negligence) to any visa or passport customer, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa or passport application for: any loss of profit, revenue, contract, business, profession, or other occupation; for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever. This exclusion of liability includes but is not limited to where the loss is caused by delay, misplacement, loss or damage of visa or passport applications, passports and other documents.

TERMS APPLICABLE TO Ghana Premium Application Center
This section applies to value added services offered by Ghana Premium Application Center to customers to enhance their visa and passport application process. They are distinct from the standard processing service as these added value services are delivered under a contract between Ghana Premium Application Center and the customers directly. The following terms and conditions apply to such service provision by us.

For all added value services, the following terms and conditions apply. Customers purchasing an added value Service should read the service description carefully to ensure what is covered; and what is not covered by the relevant Service and specific terms which apply to each Service (which are hereby incorporated into the Terms and Conditions).

These terms shall also apply to any new Service which Ghana Premium Application Center offers on its Website from time to time.

The Ghana Premium Application Center are distinct from the visa or passport application processing service. The purchase of any Ghana Premium Application Center Service (in particular, the fast Track or Prime Time) does not imply or guarantee in any way that your visa or passport application will be successful and does not affect our liability under section 2 above. See section 2 above for rules applicable to the processing and assessment of your application by Ghana Consulate .

Prices and Payment

The fees for the Services (the "Service Fees") are calculated and payable in advance by you as set out at our domain The Services will be made available to you once your payment has been authorised. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make authorised payment for the Service. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Services to you without giving any reason.

For any online payment made , you will receive a confirmation of your payment by email, as well as an on screen confirmation, after you make payment of the Service Fee.

Service Fees are exclusive of taxes but our Website shall state where any additional taxes are applicable and payable by you.

Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

Payment Processing:-

Under this agreement, the payment processing services for products or services purchased on this website are provided by Ghana Premium Application Center Service ,depending on the type of payment method used for the purchase of the products or services. In the event you choose to pay with credit card and the payment will be processed via a online payment acquirer, these terms are an agreement between you and the online acquirer. For any other type of purchases, these terms are an agreement between you and Ghana Premium Application Center, and products or services will be delivered by Ghana Premium Application Center directly.

Using the Services

Ghana Premium Application Center provides an online application and payment portal to support the delivery of the Services to you.

Ghana Premium Application Center warrants that it has the right to offer and provide the Services and will use all reasonable skill and care in making the Services available to you and in ensuring their availability.

Ghana Premium Application Center does not give any other warranties in respect of the Services.Ghana Premium Application Center is continually seeking to improve the Services. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make changes to any part of the Services as described on our Website, provided that such changes do not materially reduce their content or functionality.

Terms applicable to specific Ghana Premium Application Center

The following terms and conditions are not exhaustive and customers should also carefully read the description of the Service and special conditions set out for each Service on the Website. All Services are subject to availability at the relevant centre Please check our Website for details of availability.

Ghana Premium Application Center shall have no further liability for any delays, or for loss of or damage to any visa or passport application, passport or other documents, caused by, or occurring whilst any application, passport or document is in the possession of, any postal or courier service, including but not limited to transportation of visa or passport applications, passport or other documents between Ghana Premium Application Center and Ghana Consulate ; and when being returned by Ghana Premium Application Center to the customer.

SMS Service

The customer hereby acknowledge that by purchasing the SMS Service, the customer is aware that the said services are not provided directly by Ghana Premium Application Center but are provided through a telecom service provider. In the event of any delay in service or services being not provided, Access liability for any costs, damages, wasted expenses, fines, fees or any other loss arising as a result of the non-rendering of the SMA Service shall be limited to the extent of the Service Fee paid by the customer for the SMS Service.

Form Filling Assistance

Ghana Premium Application Center staff shall read the questions on the form to customers and record a customer's answers verbatim. No advice may be given as part of the Service and Ghana Premium Application Center staff are not permitted to offer advice. If any customer nevertheless seeks or receives a member of staff's opinion on any matter customers are not entitled to rely on such advice or opinion and Ghana Premium Application Center does not accept any liability for the same.

Customers must satisfy themselves the answers submitted are accurate at the time of receiving the Service and no liability can be accepted for the outcome of any visa or passport application.

Translation Service

Ghana Premium Application Center does not guarantee the complete accuracy of any translators used to provide the Form Filling Assistance Service as there will be margins for error. Ghana Premium Application Center accepts no liability for errors in translation unless a customer can reasonably show that the translation was inaccurate to such an extent that the translator did not have the reasonable level of skill and competence required of a professional translator. If such a circumstance exists Application Centre’s liability is limited to the value of the fee paid for the Form Filling Assistance Service.

In the event that a customer is not able to provide all relevant documentation at the point of availing the Form Filling Assistance Service, they may return to the application centre to resume the service only once. Thereafter, Ghana Premium Application Center has no further liability to provide the Form Filling Assistance Service or any refund in respect of the same.

Group Appointment Booking

Liability for this Service is limited to making available a Group Appointment. Once a group appointment has been provided ,Ghana Premium Application Center shall accept no liability whatsoever for any failure of the relevant customers to make use of the appointment.

Expedited Courier Service

Ghana Premium Application Center takes every reasonable precaution while handling a visa or passport customer's passport and documents. If a visa or passport customer's submitted passport or documents are lost or damaged beyond a useable condition, then Ghana Premium Application Center will pay to the visa or passport customer the amount of any reasonable fees charged by the government of the visa or passport customer's home country, for the replacement of the lost or damaged passport or other documents through their normal replacement procedure. Ghana Premium Application Center will assist the visa or passport customer with the same within its capacity. Such payments will be made by Ghana Premium Application Center to the visa or passport customer on the presentation of the payment receipt issued by the government of their respective home country for the replacement of such lost or damaged passport or documents. Ghana Premium Application Center will not be liable for any other wasted expenditure, lost flight or travel costs, losses, costs, fees, fines or damages arising to a customer or any travelling companion or family members as a result of lost or damaged documents.

No Commercial Use

The Services are intended for and shall only be available for non-commercial and domestic use by individual customers. Ghana Premium Application Center reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns. You may not re-sell the Services without the prior written consent of Premium Center.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once you have paid for the Services, we shall make the Services available to you. You are not able to cancel any purchase of Services after the Services are made available .

Limitation of liability

For the Ghana Premium Application Center services listed above (the Express Service, the Priority Service, Prime Time and Keep My Passport), we rely on Ghana Consulate to provide these Services after they receive your application. Ghana Premium Application Center offer no guarantee that your application will be processed within the desired timescales and so Ghana Premium Application Center has no liability to any customer, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any application, for any commitment, cost or expenditure incurred in reliance on or anticipation of receiving a Ghana visa or passport , whether within a particular timescale or at all, including but not limited to air travel, hotel, and other travel and accommodation arrangements, and any other arrangements made.

The liability for the Company to you under these terms for any losses relating to or arising in connection with Services provided to you under these terms and whether based on an action or claim in contract, negligence, tort, misrepresentation (other than fraudulent misrepresentation) breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall be limited to an amount equal to the Service Fees paid by you in connection with the Services to which such claim relates.

Ghana Premium Application Center shall have no liability (including in contract or for negligence) to any customer, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any application for: any loss of profit, revenue, contract, business, profession, or other occupation; for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever. This exclusion of liability includes but is not limited to where the loss is caused by delay, misplacement, loss or damage of visa applications, passports and other documents.
REFUND POLICY FOR Ghana Premium Application Center

Notice to all Customers:

As set out above, this Refund Policy does not apply to your Visa or Passport Application Fee which you paid directly to Ghana Embassy for the standard processing service. We do not collect or receive these fees. This Refund Policy only applies to fees collected by us Ghana Premium Application Center for services delivered directly at our Center.

It is important that you read this Refund Policy carefully. You should familiarise yourself with the terms of this Refund Policy, prior to purchasing any  services from Ghana Premium Application Center.

Interpretation:

Unless otherwise defined, defined terms in this Refund Policy shall have the meaning given to them earlier in these Terms and Conditions.

"Application": means a form to be completed by a visa or passport customer or You (as applicable) requesting the provision of Services.

"Authority": means the Ghana Embassy

"Chargeback": means where a visa or passport applicant or You (as applicable) using the online payment portal makes a complaint to his/her card issuer bank that a transaction is disputed and/or fraudulent.

"Service Fees": mean the fees payable by You for the Services purchased in accordance with the Services Terms and Conditions.

"Issuing Bank": means the bank who has issued card to You as card holder.

"Refund Eligibility Criteria": means the criteria set out below.

"Refund Request": means the process of initiating a refund, which can be found on ‘Request a refund’ page or may be obtained from the Application Centre.

"Services": means the services rendered to applicant at the centre .

"Services Terms and Conditions": means the terms and conditions for the use of the payment portal and provision of the Services .

"Services Terms and Conditions": means the terms and conditions for the use of the payment portal and provision of the Services .

"Us": means Ghana Premium Application Center whose principal place of business is at Berlin or any party acting on Our implicit instructions (with "Our" being construed accordingly).

"You" includes the person requesting and/or purchasing the Services or any party acting on such person's instructions (and "Your" shall be construed accordingly).

"Website": means our website, the address of which is our domain

"Website Terms and Conditions": means the terms and conditions applicable to use of the Website set out in terms and condition section.

General Refund Conditions:

This Refund Policy is subject to change by Us and in the event of any amendments, We shall make a suitable announcement on the Website. The changes will apply after We have given notice. If You do not wish to accept the revised policy, You should not continue to use the Services. If You continue to use the Services after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Refund Policy.

If You have paid for a Service You may request a refund in accordance with the Refund Eligibility Criteria as further set out below. This includes the circumstances where You have purchased a Service but been notified by Us that it has been cancelled or withdrawn.

Refunds of Service Fees will only be considered where You satisfy the Refund Eligibility Criteria in full. If You (or the relevant customer as applicable) fail to meet any of the Refund Eligibility Criteria, We shall have the right in our sole discretion to decline the request for a refund.

To apply for a refund, you must request this via online on our ‘Request a refund’ page or from the Application Centre.

We shall process your Refund Request following receipt as soon as is reasonably practicable. Response times will vary depending on the mode of payment and stated reasons for request a refund of the Service Fees. In any event, We shall notify You of the outcome of the request in accordance with the timescales set out below.

By filling in and submitting the Refund Request, the payment of a refund of a Service Fee is not guaranteed. The refund will only be approved or rejected after verification of the Refund Eligibility Criteria by Us.

Any Transaction Charges or loss due to exchange rate fluctuation which arise upon processing a refund of Service Fees shall be borne solely by you. Transaction Charges will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded. Loss due to bank charges and difference in exchange rate will be borne by the customer and Ghana Premium Application Center is not liable to pay any interest on this amount.

Applying for a Refund Request

You may apply online for a refund through the help desk channels that is e-mail and chat.

You may also request a refund from the Application Centre and submit a completed form to the relevant Application Centre, which shall ensure your form is processed in the appropriate timescales set out below.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

All requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will only be accepted where:

Services purchased online or at the Application Centre cannot be offered by Ghana Premium Application Center (such as in situation of an office closure).

The refund request is received by us within 92 days of the date of payment .

Where it is clear a customer has been charged more than once for the same service, related to a single Reference number.

In the case of any services which are partially used, no Refund request will be approved in such cases.

Courier Services are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

You must send the Refund Request to US as instructed above.

Within five (5) working days of receipt of the Refund Request, We shall contact You to request any further information (if required) and You shall provide such information as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event no later than seven (7) days following such request.

Within seven (7) days following the receipt of any additional information requested by Us (or where no further information is requested, five (5) days from receipt of your Refund Request), We shall notify You by e-mail of the decision on whether a refund shall be made.

You will have no recourse to a refund of the Service Fees if we suspect You have, or are, engaged in, or have in any way been involved in, fraudulent or illegal activity on the Website.

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds will be processed by the same method as payment was made for these Services. For example, if payment was made via use of credit or debit card, refund will also be done via the same credit/debit card. If Ghana Premium Application Center is unable to process refund by the same mode in which payment has been made, in such case Ghana Premium Application Center will notify the customer, an alternate mode of payment for processing such refund.

Chargebacks:

We expect You to contact Us using our online helpdesk channels that is email or chat to resolve any problem or issue related to your application and payment, before You make any Chargeback request to your bank. This Section does not affect any rights which You may have against the issuer of a debit or credit card.

We will investigate any Chargeback requests made by You and in response will inform Your Issuing Bank whether any services has been cancelled.

This section governs your use of Ghana Premium Application Center 's website known as [our domain] (the "Website") and your relationship with Ghana Premium Application Center and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or related parties (the "Company", "we" or "us"). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law when using our website.
